Great - which 2 instruments did you end up with I wonder??
Glad you got the Andean bug - send me a PM down the
line on how you get on with them, looking forward to
some charango tunes from you here!!

I've always been interested in world music and it was in the 1970s I first got into South American music, though mostly Argentinean and Peruvian. A friend of mine was also a fan and bought a Los Incas LP on which were 2 gorgeous charango solo instrumentals. I still have copies of those on tape so I'm planning to get a device so I can transfer them to PC, but to my surprise no-one's ever posted them on YouTube.

Re "which 2 instruments" above, I wrote "instrumentals". Alas, the only charango I have as a BiaB Style is a rhythm section instrument only. As far as I'm aware there are no charango solos in BiaB. This from my notes when I posted "Venus Rides" a few months ago: Charango: Andes Huayno Quartet w A-B Bass ~ Ramon Stagnaro. I think I've only used the charango on one other instrumental yet to be posted, but this is the YouTube link to "Venus Rides":
