I actually always add two measures of count-in on all my projects anyway. Since BB does it, I'm good.
However, in the final render that is finished and ready for prime time, I always use an Audio Editor to trim the count-in at the start and the silence at the end. All I want at the start is 500ms of silence..... and a hard stop at the exact end. An Audio Editor allows me to get that on every song.
