I wonder if this is a Mac issue that should be reported in that sub-forum.
BiaB for PC will render stems with zero count-in. Those stems are not always useful though since some RealTracks play slightly in front of the beat, and those that do are simply cut off at the zero time marker, leaving an audible glitch.
I render stems using the count in, and then use Studio One's Marker Track to provide about one second of silence before and after the sound begins/ends.
