I found a workaround for you. Generate your song with no holds and the drum fill where you want it.

Then click on drums/track options/copy/move tracks and copy the drum track to the utility track of your choice.

Go to the track view and highlight your utility track #. Click on Audio/Audio Edit Window/erase region of audio.

Then click on starting bar number and the number of bars you want to erase. Do this up to the drum fill you want to save then again for the measures after the drum fill.

Then freeze the track - this is very important so when the regenerate happens this track will not be over written.

Now return to the chord sheet view, add your holds, then regenerate your song. The notes will hold while the utility track add the drum fill exactly where you want it.
