Hi, Andrew. A nice piece of ear candy! Thanks so much for the chord outside the diatonic - much appreciated. When I saw it was a new post from you, I said to myself “Let me see if I can pick the maj7 chord.” No difficulty there. Yeah, for this I thought I'd stick to purely diatonic chords... I must have mis-typed one of them.  I did read the full narrative, but I reckon I’ve missed where I’m meant to use the secret pass phrase . I mentioned it to my wife, thinking it might be some secret love spell, but she replied “We don’t have a cherry tree.” Maybe it was my delivery. Hey, delivery is everything! It's a line from a Tom Swift Jr. book I read many, many years ago. It struck my ten year old self as hilarious. I don't expect anyone to get the reference - it's certainly not part of the common culture. Not even AI seems to know about it. Anywho, good song, and thanks so much for the story of the song’s development and the interesting happenstances along the way. Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed the song and the read.
