There are plenty of developers for MacOS who have a user base still on older Intel machines - but hey guess what - I dont see many of the names one would recognise in the pro audio sphere that still only produce an intel binary.

What you say could have been said by any of the DAW makers and plenty of other pro audio companies too. Who also have users with older intel machines. But they don't

Guess what... they produce two versions of their app - not necessarily even bundled into a Universal Binary - one for Intel - for older versions of MacOS if necessary as well as a seperate one for Apple Silicon.

Your reasons for not having come out with an ARM native version is simply because you havent had the Dev resources to do so.
