This is far more than an AI "voice over" - it's a "cover" done by Suno. This means that although Suno has stayed true to the chords, melody and lyrics, it has completely re-done the song.

None of the backing tracks in the final version came from BiaB. At best, you could say that Sunu used the BiaB song as a guide. However:

  • The bass in BiaB is a lot busier; the bass in the Suno cover is a much simpler root and fifth pattern;
  • The electric and acoustic guitars sound are missing in the Suno cover;
  • The drum tracks are entirely different. The Suno drums are Latin, not rock;
  • The strings don't sound like MIDI strings;
  • Suno added a piano

Additionally, Suno essentially performs mixing and arranging.

That's not to say that it's not a beautiful song. But Suno hasn't just added a vocal - it's completely re-done the song. There is no BiaB in the final result.

Vocal control, you say. Never heard of it. Is that some kind of ProTools thing?
