You said Hello !

[a] I came to life When you said hello A different place That I used to know It’s a wild, wild world Where the harmony grows It brought us present When you said hello

[a] The rain clouds parted Like curtains drawn slow The sun shined in With a golden glow The trees stood still As if they knew It brought us present When you said hello

[b] You said hello And the wild world turned You said hello And the sky returned You said hello And the dust let go It brought us present When you said hello

[a] You said hello... You said hello... You said hello... You said hello..

If anyone wants the chords, just ask. This is a lot of fun to play along with.

The song is an A I voice over, I use a band called Michael. Let me know what you think, thanks.

Donny G - beautifully done, you have a fantastic command over all aspects
of song-writing, singing & playing. Your recording skills are top notch - your
guitar skills are inspirational.
You have an understanding of how to achieve rich reverbs without sounding
'muddy' - as a fellow guitarist I'd be hugely interested a few tips on reverbs,
which do you favour and how do you use for different instruments & mixes??
BIG subject I know - but I'm still on basics (like much else!), here's hoping!!
Hope you're mending really well Donny,

Best, Carl

Hi Donny!
Really good and polished song. It's amazing what AI can do, and well done to you for giving it good material to work with.
One thing that's intriguing me is the song title 'Time to mend'. I am wondering if that was a working title before lyrics, or is a title meant to capture the main theme? The obvious choice would be 'You said hello'.

I know you have summarised your workflow in previous posts, so I sort of understand that, but I am interested in hearing the development from song idea to finished song. Do you have a demo recording of you singing and playing over the BIAB band? It would be interesting to hear what 'polish' Suno added and re-imagined. No problem if you'd prefer not to.

Anyhow, another good song.

Hi Andrew, yes, after sleeping on your comments I agree, it was a stretch to try and say someone saying hello healed me, thanks for the change. Also, you asked about me busking with the Michael A/I/ band, if you go to the showcase posts scroll down and find 'My Bad', I posted it a short while ago, it has me playing, singing with the band.

Hi Camog, if you load the _SMOOTHC.STY and then adjust the volumes and reverb. Here are the parameters I used for this song. Bass 85/40, piano 80/56, drums 68/25, guitar 87/76, leave the panning alone.

Mr DG,

Are those E Guitar licks from Biab? If so, you are one amazing producer. They sound like a professional session guitarist.

This is one of my favorite US songs, ever!

If it's 100% Biab, I'm truly astonished at what you've created. Mind blown.

Donny, another masterpiece.
Super groove
Outstanding guitar licks. Are they yours or BiaBs?
You are one hell of a song writer, arranger, and mix specialist.
All of your songs should be on the radio today.
