Hi guys,
Need some help..
I moved the real tracks and real drums folder to another drive.
I did a verify of real tracks and got around 1200 warnings like this:
RealTracks Configuration ERROR: RealTracks # 899(Set #172). RealTracks found here C:\bb\Soloists\ROZ016.ST2, but RealTracks folder not found here: L:\BIAB\RealTracks\Synth, Bass, EuroDance ChorusBassStraight Ev16 120\. Use Prefs-RealTracks Settings to set correct RealTracks folder.
I set the folder to the correct location, updated etc..
I don't know if it's because I don't have these real tracks, or if I made a mistake when I moved the real track folder.
I have the PlusPAK Upgrade 2025, UltraPAK Upgrade 2024, PlusPAK 2022, UltraPAK+ upgrade with RealBand 2021.
Is there a way to show which real track sets are in which pak ?

Just checking a couple of basics, in order:
Did you go into Options, Preferences, RealTracks and change the location of the RealTracks to the drive and folder where you moved them to? Same for RealDrums...
Did you do a Rebuild (Slow) of the styles?
If those are ok, try Options, Return to Factory Settings, Most, and restart BIAB.
The Help menu has a choice for What Add-on Do I Have. This should get you started for anything that might be missing. PG Music Support can tell you more detail if you need it.

Do let us know that you have all of the RealTracks sub-folders under a parent folder named 'RealTracks'. And the same for RealDrums. I have to agree that the error message is somewhat confusing

Thinking further about this, I doubt that it's because you don't have these RealTracks or RealDrums. I think it's because of their location.
Not all users would have every RealTracks ever made, and they wouldn't get these messages.

I did all you suggest - but unfortunately I get the same result.
The help menu tells me this:
RealTracks Sets in L:\BIAB\RealTracks\ :
You have all of the RealTracks Sets (unless we've made some new ones).

I do - it's around 78 GB,

Mads, If the new location for the Realtracks and Realdrums is a removable USB drive, it is possible that when the drive is unplugged and then plugged back in, the drive assignment letter could have changed. To check this, plug in the drive and then use the icon that I've highlighted in the image below to navigate to the new location for the Realtracks. This icon is found in Realtrack Preferences. ![[Linked Image - Only viewable when logged in]](https://www.pgmusic.com/forums/ubbthreads.php?ubb=download&Number=31385&filename=Preferences - navigate to Realtracks location icon.jpg) Once you have navigated and selected the new location, click on the Update icon and then click on OK to exit the Preferences window. (Sometimes it takes about 10 - 15 secs for the window to close after clicking OK.) Then, as Matt said in an earlier post, run Rebuild. I considered the possibility of drive letters being a problem, but discarded that because the drive letter is L:. I think it’s unlikely that Mads has all the letters from D through K used, such that drive L could be reassigned. It’s possible, though.
The error indicates some files are found on that drive, but other files are not.
Mads, give PG Music Support a call tomorrow. They are in the Pacific time zone. Or do Live Chat.
