Hi Andi (and the rest of your band),
Wow, this is a very impressive production. I'm a sucker for harmony, and I love what you did with it. The whole piece is very dynamic and not at all an easy subject matter to do well (I would imagine), but you did. So many great details. This to me seems like a soul service to the Joshi family and that itself is incredibly touching.

It's everything I'd expect from the assembled crew.
My sole nit is that the strings, sitting mainly in the centre, get a little lost and thin when the energy is boosted. I'd have looked at splitting them with a wider stereo spread to avoid the kick, bass & vocal.
The problem is much reduced when the strings are pumped up as the song progresses though.
The pizzicato is the biz.

Absolutely beautiful instrumentation, arrangement and production. The theme is full of love and the lyrics so well written. Shigeki's strings are a perfect addition and the guitar solo is exceptional. What a band! 100% admiration! I couldn't say this any better so I just quoted Chay. All I can add is that I loved it. You, Deej, Marty, Shigeki and Wolfgang have done a super-duper job with the creation of such a masterpiece. The melody, lyrics and arrangement are perfect. I love that you've written this in third person. It's a perfect choice for telling a story that is so heartbreaking and so vivid. The idea of putting everything on the line and leaving the outcome to chance is very, very powerful. Your and Deej's words made me think a lot. In addition, the production is spectacular. From start to finish, I was mesmerised by your work. I listened on speakers and headphones and both were equally satisfying. You are indeed very highly skilled at song-creating, arrangement and production. Everyone involved in this deserves a standing ovation. It is SO well done!
