Wow, Alan, this is SUPER! Love Di's liquid vocal take on these lyrics, and it's a fabulous write as well, old school and polished. Very cool bossa backing track, and the solo section is a perfect fit. Heck, EVERYTHING fits together perfectly. Nice technical job ripping Di's vocals from another backing track, too.
Alan, hope you have or can get a support system for working through the grieving process. No need to go through this alone.
Happy birthday, Di! Thinking of you... Hi Ron, Thanks for all those very nice words about our music. She was quite the singer - but an even better person and wife. I have a pretty good support backup. Our daughter and granddaughter each live only 5 or 6 houses from ours. Of course, they're grieving, too. But we lean on each other when necessary. We're rock solid. Also, Di's hospice provider has a support program, and they've been great. The hardest part is just is trying to reinvent myself. But it's getting there. Thanks for the kind words - on each facet. Alan
