Hi JohanR, I'd give the Help staff a ring. Since Liveoakk didn't post again to say that the problem continued, I suspect that it was resolved following Kent's suggesting to phone in. In the meantime ... I'm not sure if the below post will help, but have a look at Andrew's comments near the end. This might be worth having a look at.
