Hi JohanR, I'd give the Help staff a ring. Since Liveoakk didn't post again to say that the problem continued, I suspect that it was resolved following Kent's suggesting to phone in. In the meantime ... I'm not sure if the below post will help, but have a look at Andrew's comments near the end. This might be worth having a look at. Andrew mentions that the problem is unusual so it's possible that it might impact on RB as well as BIAB http://www.pgmusic.com/forums/showflat.p...rt=1#Post308135Regards, Noel
