Guess it's me or this file. First thing I'd try is another file. If that still causes the error, try running RB as administrator (right click > Run as Administrator) or resetting RB's preferences (Options > Reset to Default Settings, or remove the RealBand64.ini and RB64.cfg files from the RealBand folder).
