I love BIAB and have made 16 albums of original music since 2022. I drag all the music tracks into Cubase and add my vocals or other imported live tracks. Have never had any issues. I upgraded to BIAB 2025 a couple months ago. My Cubase is Elements 10.5...again, never an issue. I upgraded to Cubase Elements 14 last month because of needing to migrate to WIN 11. This is where the problems began...The first song I tested, I dragged in a Vocal Harmony tracks and it worked as always. However when I tried to drag in a Bass Tracks, BIAB did its render and then "Nothing"..tried all various ways....created a new song, etc....NADA. Luckily I can still use Elements 10.5 to finish my current album project. Cubase Help desk has zero experience with BIAB. As I searching all the forums, its seems like I'm the only guy using my Cubase as my primary workstation and use BIAB as a track creator. ANYBODY have a similar experience with other DAWs.
Virginia Born and Bred Singer/Songwriter based in Germany. Most all of my 28 albums of original are available on all the streaming services. Spotfiy, iTunes, Amazon and 70 others I've never heard of. I've made 18 albums with BAIB and Cubase!
