I'll be darned - "Try a shift->Refresh" did it. I have never ever ever used that feature! Did not know it even existed! Thanks Gordon. This new image is a bit dated (If I shave and put on a suit I think I could still pull it off). However, my wife's passing which promted the "Grief Avatar" is now over a year ago. So I thought best to remove this from the forum. Also, just had my 50th wedding anniversary. So I am trying to move on as best I can. I will likely look for something more contemporary for an Avatar, but this "pro headshot" from my business life was the best I could find.
