I doubt it Matt, I think we were both here when this feature was introduced .. by James Chandler Jr.
I remember him sending me the PGPeakLimit to test when they were first introducing audio plugins in PT.
I think it was PT6 or so (before they started using the year).
Long before RB though so maybe you just didn't see it at first (?)
