Don't feel bad about being confused, their videos are often too long and complicated.
If you are beta testing for them, please give them this feedback directly.
Their videos need to be a short video on how to do X.
The video is only about how to do X and doesn't get sidetracked showing off other features.

All those examples are ways of getting different MIDI out of Scaler.
The term I was looking for earlier was the "Arranger tab" in the "Main track".
The missing functionality is a button or mode in the Arranger tab where the "Main track (in Scaler)" records your "bounded chords" performance.
Why? This allows you to build arrangements and grooves in scalar then export them.

Yes, there are many plugins (including BIAB plugins), that allow you to record or recreate multitrack MIDI or audio in the plugin that can be played In Sync with the DAW or drug to the DAW to consolidate.
