Well done Fred. It just makes any guitarist want to pick up a guitar and strum along! Sounds good when the verse drops into a minor chord on the second last line of the verse, and that chorus ending (is it bVI - bVII - I?) is the gift that keeps on giving. The doubled vocals and harmonies when they come in are the icing.
