Cool song..... a sentiment we can all relate to. Great first post....and welcome.

Just a quick FYI... when you reply to someone's comments, mention their name in the reply or.... simply click the "QUICK QUOTE" box at the bottom right in the post....then write your comments/reply.... that way there's no confusion who you are thanking.

Sol, first welcome to the user showcase forum.
Second, this is on heck of a first song. A song that I and everyone here can relate.
Great vocal, arrangement, mix, and lyrics.
Loved it.

I arrived early to a restaurant.
The manager asks, "do you mind waiting a bit?"
I said no.
"Good", he said. "Take these drinks to table 3"

Excellent song and tribute! I also 100% relate as a few years ago I had no choice but to move into a retirement flat in which I can't play guitars without disturbing an even more elderly neighbour, in which I very, very rarely get the opportunity to sing, and so BiaB was a sanity-saver as I can compose on it with headphones on and never get banging on the thin wall.

Some favourite Waoist Adages:
#1: Play on the Way.
#13: Ask not for whom the flower blooms, it blooms for you.
#58: Bring consciousness to it.
#63: On the road to effortlessness, effort must be made.
#92: Be Love Now, the rest will come on its own.

Thanks I just turned 80 and I still live in a house where I can make some noise. But it's nice to play with the musicians in Band in the Box. It's not exactly the same as playing with live musicians all together in one place but it's still sure nice.

Thank you. I sure do miss playing with all the musicians I've played with in my life but, these days, that just isn't happening. And I don't tend to like to "jam" with other people that I meet in the RV Park (where I record a lot of my songs). I'm just so used to playing with professionals that I don't want to "jam" with people that just play a little. S,o Band in the Box is the perfect thing for me. I get to hear other good musicians and, they're playing MY songs. What could be better?
