I happened to love the song you posted. I immediately did not hear any BIAB in it. But if those are your vocals or your guitar, or your arrangement, or your lyrics? - then keep posting. However if they are not? Well I honestly don't know what to think about posting AI songs here. Fact is I don't spend a lot of time here due to the fact that I am a poor song writter and I don't just pump out BIAB sounds. My knee jerk reaction is that when I do come here for inspiration, I don't want to listen to AI contributions. But that could just be me. The song did sound pretty darn good. confused

Hello, Yea, this new movement in the industry to use A I for songwriting and BiaB for A. I. lyrics generation has some players/writers/engineers up in arms. Shoot I remember when it was not kosher to use a rhyming dictionary for writing. Truth being, I don't remember writing any of my songs over the last 65 years that I didn't use a rhyming dictionary. To get to where I am, a person needs to write, play, sing, BOSS recording, BiaB, Moises, Suno, Clipchamp, YouTube, Bose Pro S1's, red wagon. Not all at once, but a combination, depending on the listener. I am embracing technology, just like BiaB is. I always say in the first post if A I was used, and lately that is a part of every write. You can always put me on ignore by clicking my name and scroll down to the right and hit ignore. Try not to stress over the movement. BTW I upload these A I files into BiaB to stem them and make my own RT's, however I am having trouble with BiaB stems and am trying to understand it right now. BiaB is all over my work. I recommend BiaB to everyone, great tool and getting better every year. Thanks for listening.

You're also a fine instrumentalist and singer.

When you say you "writing" a song, people assume that means the chords, lyrics, and melody.

And you said exactly that: "I am writing 1 song a day these days."

But on this song - and many others you've posted, you're a lyricist, because Suno writes and sings the melodies of your lyrics.

I'm not sure you've ever really admitted that Suno writes the melody for you. You've been rather coy about it, saying that you give the "lyrics" and a "backing track" to Suno, and Suno "sings" it for you.

Those who have used Suno will know that if you don't supply a melody, Suno will create one for you that uses your lyrics. That's just how Suno works.

But you never quite say that. And when someone compliments something that Suno has done, like this:

You don't correct them and say that Suno wrote the chorus, but instead take credit for yourself:

Oh, that's right - you've blocked me because I keep pointing this out.

Vocal control, you say. Never heard of it. Is that some kind of ProTools thing?
