For free video tool, maybe try OBS?
. Good suggestion. OBS is really powerful and it is free. I used it for a long time but honestly struggled with the learning curve associated with all that power. I turned to https://www.flashbackrecorder.com/ several years ago and have not looked back. It does everything I need it to without the drama of the learning curve. They have a free (30 day) version, but if you need to record multiple audio tracks simultaneously (vocal mic and the PC audio) , you will need to purchase the Pro version. But all versions are relatively cheap for what it does.
