Morning, I am trying to write a Reggae song using the _IRIE.STY style, which is available in the StylePicker window. However, when select the style and I click "Apply", I get an error message saying that this style cannot be found in the BIAB style folder, which is correct because it is not actually there. I also rebuilt the style list, no change. When I open the "What BIAB Add-ons do I have?" window, the following appears: RealTracks: 100%
Xtra Styles: 100%
XPro Styles: 100% I'm using the Audiophile Version, so theoretically everything should be there, right? What am I doing wrong?

B.D., I also have 2025 Audiophile, and _IRIE_STY loads fine. It's dated 2020/05, so not a recent add. Let me know if I can help check anything else. Personally, I'd ping the Live Help line and see if they can identify the issue for you. Let me know...

Also...Just noticed that my _IRIE style files are in my C:/BB/Styles folder, but NOT in the Styles folder on my Audiophile drive. This doesn't make any sense to me, but there it is. At any rate, if you are using the Audiophile drive, you could check to see that the styles list is being built from the root directory folder and not the Audiophile drive folder.
Couldn't hurt to check if the _IRIE files are present in the folder you are building from. If BiaB is reporting 100% styles, it's apparently looking at another folder.
Just guessin'...

- Restart BIAB AFTER the rebuild: _IRIE is gone
- Checking my Audiophile drive: As with your drive, it is not there
The question now is: Where did it come from in the first place? I was able to listen to the demo song for this style, so at least part of it is available. I have never installed any third-party programs, so it must have been installed there by PG-Music at some point in the past. And I have never manually tampered with any folder inside the installation. Anyway, I guess I'll try out all the other reggae styles to find one that has the same guitar pattern.

Well, the GOOD news is there are about 15 million other reggae styles (plus or minus) to choose from. The BAD news is...the inability to load _IRIE indicates a problem that needs a solution, as it may extend to other styles/functions/etc.
FWIW, I've always had good luck with the Live Help, though time zones and languages may prove a challenge from where you are.

I have the 2025 Audiophile edition and I don't have _IRIE.STY.
Ron, in Stylpicker... in the column to the right of the release date (2020/05), what does it say? It could be that _IRIE is an Xtra PAK or XPro style. Styles that are released with BIAB versions will typically have something like 2020/11 (Year = 2020, month = 11). If a style is released mid-year (as 2020/05 indicates), it could well be from another PG Music product. As far as I know, Xtra PAK and XPro styles have always been addons. (I haven't always kept up-to-date with these extra additions because I have not always been aware of their releases.)

Very astute, Noel! Under the "What Band-in-a-Box Add-ons do I have" pop up, the status of LoopsPaks are reported under the two "(Optional) Xtra Styles PAKS" windows.
In the "StylePicker Options" pop up, there is a checkbox for "Default display should include all styles (available and N/A not available)" that will list styles the user does not have if checked. This COULD lead to the type of now-you-see-me-now-you-don't style behavior B.D. is experiencing...

The open question is why this particular style appeared in the style picker, but I suspect that this is simply a glich in the BIAB installation matrix, and I have taken the red pill

B.D., my post above your last post explains why you could see the style. It's a feature, not a bug.  But you can turn it off in StylePicker options.
