Bob, I have a speed-limited plan by Comcast. I only pay like $15/month for my internet, and they slow it down to like 100Mb/s cap. For what I do, it's okay, and it saves me money, which I don't have a whole of any more.
"Retired" and only Social Security, which means not a lot of income. I haven't been able to find a job near me, I don't feel like commuting two plus hours to Seattle and beyond.
Gary Do you have a cell phone, Gary? If you do, you may want to explore some of their options for affordability. I mentioned this as an option above also. Being Capped at 100 Mbps is much different than only receiving 1Mbps .. just trying to help.
