Hot funky groove, excellent work with those great sounding horns, reminds me of Tower of Power which I happened to see once live here in Finland, I can feel the same energy here.
Your most danceable track on Over Bored, and I'm not over bored and I hope I won't be thrown overboard, cause I'm dancing to this wickedly good beat. Very catchy chorus which is playing in my head quite often. "let your feet play their part" is a good advice also for us with worn out bones.
Great selection of BIAB instruments and the bassist is of course the backbone of the show. Great rocking vocals.
Janne Wow, Janne, TOP was tops. Glad you got to see, hear and feel the energy. You're the best --referring to the album. Yeah, BiaB... what an incredible list of session players we get to hire for free. And that is my goal as a teacher: to teach my students to think for themselves.
That is one grooving rhythm section. Your message is right on. You might think me crazy (and you wouldn't be alone), but I think this would make a great Schoolhouse Rock song. Think of the royalties! What a wondeful teacher, Scott. Thanks! So many people in their lives will be telling them how and what to think. Schoolhouse Rock? Very cool. I knew Bob Dorough way back in the day. Saw him many times. What an enerrgetic and talented fellow. Yeah, when I think of royalties it's more like a King Charles or a Queen Elizabeth. I've been absent for a while, been working A LOT, and at 73 that's rough. I love the song, I've missed listening to all the great music, and this is one. Hey, Ronnie. Thanks. So good to see and hear you here again.
