A a year ago, I posted the first clip in this message. I did it with Band In A Box and myself on guitar.

The second clip is the results of uploading the same song that you heard . Then uploaded the same track to Suno and the only prompt that I used was big band ballad. Other than I set the sdvanved settings for weirdness 30% I set the the style to 85% and I put and I put the follow the audio to 90%. I think it came out really

Excellent!!
This is how SUNO should be used!
It's like hearing a "version" of your composition on the radio, played by someone other than you.
Or hearing that some artist has asked your permission to arrange/record your song.
I've seen that multiple submissions to SUNO create a nice variety of "versions" that are very pleasing to me, as the writer.
For me, I absolutely know that many of my compositions, in the hands of competent, pro musicians, would sound exponentially better.
Great work, David!

Thanks, Tano.
There’s such a debate over Ai music. I think Suno is fabulous and I love BIAB - which I’ve been using for thirty years. My workflow usually starts with BIAB them into Studio one then into Suno. I use the Suno stem splitter and bring it back to Studio. Suno gives you the ability to try different arrangements and genre. And the up and down dynamics are phenomenal. Something that’s always been a problem with me and BIAB.

Hi David, I really liked your first clip. Great guitar chops. You reminded me of Charlie Bird even though he was a finger picker. Super tone.

The second clip was also excellent. A great big band sound.

As Tom said this is the way to use Suno AI. I liked your workflow also. You are a great guitarist and composer.

I liked both versions a lot.

OK, a random thought;

Thanks, Mario. That really feels good.

On another note. How do I get my level upgraded from “apprentice”. I don’t ost that often but I’ve been on this forum since it started in the 90s.

Hi, David.

Nice song!

Suno can be scary good, and it's a good cover.

Vocal control, you say. Never heard of it. Is that some kind of ProTools thing?
