Yes it’s quite close. In Joanne, that section ‘for Joanne and the man and the times that made them both run’ goes IV - iv - V - I, whereas mine goes ii - iv - V but doesn’t resolve to the I root chord, but the ii in mine is the relative minor of IV in Joanne - so similar, and both having a descending melody. The vibe. It’s the power of the minor iv. What a wonderful song Joanne is.
