Moonbeam,
Yes, in addition to the info above , when you do a transcription, there is a field of the type of notation you want;
Generic
Drums
Guitar
Bass
Piano

If you choose Guitar, the result will be on guitar channels, and do its best to show in a realistic to play fret positions.

We also added menu items to the tracks menu, so for any track - track settings- edit midi - menu we have options to
- rechannelize to guitar strings. (Maps to play on a guitar fretboard
- rechannelize to bass. (Maps to play in bass fretboard)
- rechannelize to piano. (Splits left/right hand piano)

Each of these runs the track through an intelligent routine to play on the fretboard/ keyboard shown

Note that for guitar music, the guitar in screen will show any track, and if there isn’t any guitar channel info, it will just show at the current fret position, which is a little icon on the bottom of the guitar fretboard, where you can click to change it as the song plays.

Have Fun!
