Yep, nevermind. I should have expected that they would come from far and wide to protect their very precious Macs, and totally derail the thread without actually following the post content. I never once said Macs were no good. I never once suggested that the Mac was not a sensational computer. My post was totally about this: Apple keep manipulating their market opportunity by continually releasing O/S and hardware upgrades that make previous hardware / O/S so quickly redundant. It would be better to stick to the thread content than derail it, going off on a separate tangent and labeling it nonsense. Read the post again if you wish. Or better still: Nevermind.
