I think the answer is no - although the colors may be changeable [a lot of the elments can be recolored and a lot can not be]. But those fonts in the track view #3 can likely not be changed. But sounds to me like you just need to select one of the new views. combining chords and tracks shows big chord with adjustable chord size along with tracks.
