The imagery of the rope is excellent.
One element of listener feedback..I thought the volume and thickness of the backing was a bit strong for your message..in other words, if I just read the words, they seem kind of introspective, but the music seems robust..just my reaction.
However, the lyric is solid, and the production is pro-level.
I thoroughly enjoyed listening to your work, Fred! Thanks for your insights. Sometimes I like to cross things up--in this case, a robust backing track. I write enough softer ones...
