Yes it does. When you added PlusPAK 2025 to BIAB 2024, you literally converted BIAB 2024 (UltraPAK) into BIAB 2025 (UltraPAK) by adding the extra files that the newer version had. Now if you add PlusPAK 2026 to your current version of BIAB, you will add the extra files that you need to bring the program up to 2026.
The thing with PlusPAKs is that they need to be installed into the existing \bb\ folder because they are upgrades and not full installations.
