You asked how to record in BIAB via your midi keyboard and an external VST3. I explained how I do it. That doesn't mean there are not other ways. You didn't mention you want to record multiple tracks. But let me clarify, I never record in BIAB. That is a job for the DAW (e.g., Reaper) in my opinion. So perhaps if you are determined and persistent someone else will come along with a workflow you find less complicated.
