Have you tired using shots to do this? Using holds would also be worth try (although these will sustain chords across beats 2 and 4).

To enter shots, just type in the chord and then two full stops (periods)... for example, C.. C.. C.. F.. F.. etc.

To enter holds, type in the chord and then three full stops (periods)... for example, C... C... G... Am... etc

Once you've typed in a few chords, it would be easy to copy and paste them to create a complete chordsheet.

Shots and Holds work with Realtracks and with MIDI tracks.

To add shots/holds to just one track, you could use the two periods and apply exclusions that are found in Chord Options (ALT+F5).
