Hi Carl!
Oh man! This is a masterclass in chord progressions! I thought I heard some diminished chords, and maybe a minor iv then … It felt like I was dining on a wonderfully creative meal and saying “I don’t know what ingredients you put in this, but gee it tastes good!”
That fretless bass … sublime. With no discernible attack on each note, it sort of glided through the sequence like a yearning.
