Tom - oh man this is good!
Firstly, I love the section starting ‘He hides behind the bushes and seeks me out…’ with the chords used and the piano chord vamping(?) - brilliant. The vocal contains the desperation required by the lyric. That piano solo is terrific, and in the guitar solo, I am sure I heard a brief George Harrison slide styling.
So much to like about this.
I have to admit that after your previous thread and my misinterpretation of it, I was afraid there might be a line about him ‘trimming the verge’ or something.
