Hi!

I've tried a couple of times to understand the stylemaker, but always had to give up quite soon. So I'll try again now, and I'd need some help on this. For now, I only want to create 2 very simple styles which only contain 1 A-8beat-pattern for the piano (no drums etc.):

Style 1:
Plays the deepest resp. almost deepest root on the piano (e.g. for a C-Chord: the deepest Note c on an 88-keys-piano; for an A-Chord: the second deepest Note a on an 88-keys-piano).
My problem here: It would work if it would have to play middle c or if it would have to play one c below middle c. But if I define that it should play any lower c, it still plays the c below middle c. So it ignores that I want a very low c to be played.

Style 2:
Plays the 1, 7, 3, 5 of the chord (in this order; e.g.: C3, B3, E4, G4 for a CMaj7 chord), but puts out the 1 and the 7 onto Channel 8 and the 3 and the 5 onto Channel 9. (I want to do this so that I can later do an automatic logical hand seperation when exporting to midi, instead of one that splits hands simply by a fixed splitpoint)
My problem here: The channel can be toggled in the note-window of the style maker, but whatever I choose there, it doesn't save that. So if I choose channel 8 for a specific note, then save the style and then re-open the style-editor, it still has Channel 1 as the output Channel.

So how can I solve those problems, what am I doing wrong or what might I simply not understand about how the stylemaker works?
