Thank you  I wish I had tried that before going through with the install-everything process when I got BIAB2026 haha. It might have saved me some time How does the download-manager know if something is installed? Simply by looking if it's present in the folder you specify for realtracks? The Download Manager keeps a record of what's downloaded and what's installed, and also checks the PGM server to determine if a later download (update patch) is available. If so it gives you a message to that effect.
