Hi Gary,
It is possible to export MIDI for many RealTracks and Drums. In the RealTracks Picker, as long as it indicates "N" or "Gt" under the Chart column, that instrument has 'RealCharts' available. These are transcriptions of the RealTracks, so it is mainly meant to be viewed as notation and not meant to be heard (it will likely not sound natural). One way to export is to drag a track to the MID section of the Drop Station.

This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
