Yes. If all your Realtracks and Realdrums are copied to the E: drive, there is no need to specify their location because by default, BIAB looks for Realtracks in the \bb\Realtracks folder and Realdrums in the \bb\Drums folder.

Once you've copied everything over to the E: drive, if you can also rename d:\bb to something like d:\bb.old. This will stop the program from identifying d:\bb as the home directory. I've copied \bb\ between drives a number of times over the years without any issue.
