I’m comfortable using the Chordsheet, mostly because that’s what I’ve done for nearly 35 years. Yes, I can see a use for chords in the tracks view. Would this be to enter chords, or just read what they are?
You should make a post in the Wishlist Forum. This is where the developers are more likely to see your suggestion, and others can give support. I think you should get good support especially if you request that the feature is optional.

It's possible to have both the chordsheet and the tracks showing as a multi-view.
@Noel96 Thanks, for showing the extensive steps to get these screens, very helpful If i add now the chord screen and enlarge the bars in the track screen (make songview bigger) , then i can read the chord symbols there too in the track screen used in de chord screen So, this answers my question. The logics of the chord screen can be seen in the track ruler : the fakesheet song structure is translated to the trackview ruler with chords and bar numbers That is what i was looking for., hurray
I'm glad that you got it sorted out. When you get the view that you like, don't forget to save it using "Save current view". This will make it easier to load next time
Also, when you have happy with the outcome, please click on "Resolved" in your initial post. This tells other users that the problem was solved.
