Buongiorno, so che questa non è la sede opportuna per parlare di diritti d'autore e Siae ma ho delle domande a riguardo che non so a chi porle...io vorrei inviare la mia musica ed i miei testi alla redazione di "Amici" solo che loro riportano sul sito le seguenti frasi: "Se credi di voler tutelare il tuo brano è consigliabile che tu lo depositi presso la SIAE, è bene però sapere che questa tutela ha un costo la cui entità potrai appurare andando nel sito www.SIAE.IT.". Ora, premetto che conosco benissimo i costi per iscriversi alla SIAE e tutta la procedura, volevo però sapere se io posso fare il tutto dopo che la redazione e la commissione del programma abbia deciso di accettare il mio inedito, perchè se il mio inedito non venisse preso in considerazione non vorrei iscrivermi alla siae per il momento. Spero che qualcuno mi risponda... Grazie per l'attenzione!!!!!!!!!!!!

Caldamente sconsigliato!
Non esiste una regola che ti imponga d'iscriverti prima di diffondere la tua opera (questa dichiarazione è sbagliata e la correggo con un approfondimento nella successiva risposta al post)(e non importa se va nelle mani di una o mille persone), ma se vuoi veramente tutelarti lo devi fare, altrimenti . . . non si chiamerebbe più tutela.
Immagina d'iscriverti 2 mesi dopo l'esito del loro giudizio, magari investi dei soldi anche per mettere su CD la tua opera e fare pubblicità, poi . . . sorpresa, vien fuori che il Signor "Sempronio Tizio dei Mevi" aveva registrato la tua stessa opera 5 giorni prima di te . . .
Sono cose che succedono, credimi!
P.S.: immagino di apparire ai più un po' paranoico, ma purtroppo c'è una realtà che non può essere ignorata, ci sono passato anch'io e come molti altri sono rimasto senza parole, amareggiato e . . altro. Non si può indicare in una pagina web il sito della SIAE con un collegamento diretto come hai fatto tu, bisogna chiedere loro l'autorizzazione, si deve inviare una email con il testo completo da pubblicare, l'indirizzo web e tutti i dati anagrafici della persona che si prende la responsabilità del contenuto del testo pubblicato! Quindi si deve rimanere in sfiduciosa attesa dell'autorizzazione.

Negli ultimi anni ad onor del vero mi sono interessato poco di SIAE, al punto da sotterrare velocemente alcuni dettagli e articoli di legge che in una qualche maniera hanno a che fare con questa società (che come si sarà compreso non amo profondamente, un mio grandissimo nonno mi diceva sempre: sta' alla larga da chi diffida di tutti, ha la coscienza sporca!).
Devo perciò approfondire e correggere quanto già scritto.
Quando "consegni" le tue opere alla trasmissione (o chiunque altro) probabilmente ti verranno chieste informazioni su esse, in modo particolare per loro è importante sapere se sono opere protette o no, in quest'ultimo caso potrebbero avere il diritto di decidere di utilizzarle in maniera tale da creare una situazione a dir poco contraddittoria nel momento in cui tu (qualche settimana o mese dopo) decidessi di proteggere le opere stesse presso la SIAE.
Se ragioni sul caso comprenderai che uno di voi diventerebbe "fuorilegge", loro per aver diffuso opere protette e/o tu per aver dichiarato la paternità di opere già conosciute e che chissà quanti altri si ritroverebbero già memorizzate nei loro supporti, togliendo di fatto alla SIAE (che tu stesso con la registrazione delle opere hai tirato in ballo!!) la possibilità di esercitare correttamente il loro compito, cioè l'esecuzione del mandato che gli hai conferito: proteggere la diffusione della tua opera incassandone i proventI!
Questo per farti capire ragionando quanto sarebbe poco raccomandabile una scelta di questo tipo, ma purtroppo essendo sfuggiti alla mia memoria alcuni passaggi della Legge e del regolamento della SIAE adesso posso dirti che addirittura non è possibile farlo.
La SIAE accetta il deposito delle tue opere se non sono state mai pubblicate, ma purtroppo per i loro regolamenti qualsiasi opera abbia partecipato a concorsi, selezioni, letture pubbliche, ecc. è da considerarsi opera pubblicata.
Sono spiaciuto per la momentanea illusione che ti avevo dato con la precedente risposta, ma temo proprio che quanto vorresti fare sia irrealizzabile.

la siae permette, con un costo che non conosco di tutelare un'opera senza essere iscritti per un certo periodo, puoi usare questa possibilità

Ciao, se vuoi circa il discorso sull'iscrizione alla SIAE vorrei suggerirti anch'io qualche consiglip ma vorrei farlo in privato perché c'è tanta disinformazione sui discorsi SIAE come se esistesse solo questo metodo per tutelare i brani o come se questa società fosse una specie di "giustiziere".
