You could do a timed pause by adding a measure (or more) of rest by entering "C." and increasing the number for "bar at End of Chorus". You can alter the length of that measure by pressing F5 and changing the tempo (just remember to do the same and reset the tempo at the beginning of the repeat).
An untimed, cued pause? I don't know how to do that, but it might be possible in the Conductor Window.
