Upgraded to version 8 of Fender Studio Pro, easy-peezy and it seamlessly launched the project I was working on just like previous versions would.
The GUI looks basically the same but one feature caught my eye. The metronome has been updated from a simple tick-tock time keeper to a full drum kit that can be instantly saved as a track which is smart enough to adjust it's tempo to what your project is set to. You can also specify it to play half-time, normal or double-time . . . pretty cool stuff! .
