Long time user but I seldom post. I received the 2026 ssd audiophile drive today and started installing this afternoon, as I have done many times. I choose not to go into details... not the purpose of my post. BIAB would not/could not install, and I finally gave up and hit the "chat" icon. Catherine in support eventually used TeamViewer to log into my pc and figured out what was wrong. As a retired IT professional and Windows-trained support person, I can't even estimate to you how long it would have taken me to solve the issue. But she did say they had seen a very few cases come through. I will leave it up to PGMUSIC as to whether they want to post a heads-up about this apparent rare issue. I just want to say how great the support is to their customers, and how diligent and thorough Catherine was. Give her a 100 on her next performance review grin MY SINCERE THANKS!!!
