Hi Rob,

You're right, a saxophone would be more suitable for this song than a harmonica. But I have to admit, I would have loved to hear what that harmonica would have sounded like! 6 tryings...!

I also have to admit that I'm not a real jazz fan. I think it's my father's fault. He absolutely loved jazz and always invited me along to jazz festivals and concerts. The result? I've become allergic to jazz. Although I still proudly tell everyone that I saw and heard Oscar Peterson play the piano, and Ella Fitzgerald sing with her beautiful voice, and of course, much more.

But every now and then I get a little nostalgic for jazz music again, and then I listen to some songs in that genre. Like yours now. And I have to say, you wrote a very beautiful song. Were the lyrics yours, too?

What a pitty I didn't hear you do the singing. Suno claimed that part for himself. But Suno's voice is a bit too polished for my taste. I would have preferred a smoky, raw voice singing those beautiful lyrics. Couldn't you persuade Suno to find one for you? Or do it yourself (after two (small) glasses of whisky)?
I'm curious!

Hans
