You're probably asking because you cannot enter either of those into BIAB.

You can enter Abmaj9#11 but not Abmaj7#11.

You can enter Abmaj7b5 but not Abmajb5.

Abmaj9#11 sounds a bit more complex than Abmaj7b5 as implemented in BIAB MIDI, but they are very similar. The b5 is the same note as the #11, just down an octave in the voicing. Played by Real Tracks, I don't think you would hear a difference.
