Greetings all, been away a long time. Nice to be back.
I have been using BIAB for a long time and feel quite comfortable using it, I just fired up Realband to have a look, I loaded a BIAB song that I have several RT's loaded but the Realband did not pick them up. Odd I thought. I see I can select RT's and RD's in Realband but I had assumed they would be loaded automatically with the song.
Is this the way it is or am I missing something. I do have the use RT's/RD's selected int he Realband options.

Which file extension is the BiaB file you loaded?

Can you save as SGU (in BiaB) and try again? I think one of the formats doesn't include realtracks, just not sure which.

Hi G,
Were the Realtracks that didn't load frozen in BIAB? The couple of times that I have done this, I've noticed that when I freeze an RT in BIAB (in the Soolist slot), save the file and open it in RB, the frozen track is not loaded. I just save the file as a wav in BIAB and then import it into RB.

Have tried the lastest 2010.5 update, no change. Reloaded from the USB hard drive, no change. I never freeze tracks but checked anyways, still not frozen. Still scratching my head. Thanks to all for the effort.

Got it sorted, before I could see the tracks show up in the song I had to hit regenerate. Spoke to the tech support, he said they should be visable as soon as the song is loaded but that did not happen. Once I regenerated the tracks they showed up as additional tracks in Realband.

Doesn't happen that way here. If I load a BIAB song with RTs it generates the tracks right off. Do not have to hit regenerate.

When you hit "regenerate" did it actually display the exact Real Tracks that
you had used in BIAB, or did it completely regenerate each of those tracks?

Regenerate in RB or hitting play in BIAB always regenerates the RTs . If you want to keep the same RTs as you had in BIAB use D&D.
