This is another song that I rediscovered when going through my collection of unfinished material. I started this song a number of years ago, and I've tried a couple times over the years to complete it. While I was satisfied with the melody and chord progression, getting a final set of lyrics that 'worked' always eluded me. Towards the end of last year, I tried again. This time the stars seemed to align for me. With the help of Synthesizer V for vocals (using the Natalie 2 vocaloid), this is where my somewhat long and roundabout journey took me. This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
