I'm really not an expert on BIAB, but that's mostly what I do with it. Record piano, guitar, bass and drum tracks on jazz standards or for my own compositions. As said above, I render them in AIFF audio format (from BIAB) in a folder of my choice, then I just put them in Itunes and burn the cd. And the resulting cd is always the same as in BIAB. I really don't know what can be your problem.
In the dialog box for the rendering, on the far left, is "full mix" checked ? I know that when that box wasn't checked, it didn't come out as I wanted.
